Hope

This isn’t at all what I’d planned, but moving into the new year, all I could think about was hope, and how much we needed hope. The swallow is a wonderful, colourful and cheeky bird that symbolises this. This was embroidered using silks I’ve had since a child, and I still love opening the bag and letting all the colours burst out.
